As a licensed professional engineer in NY, NJ and CT, I can design, draft and submit drawings for drainage improvements such as underground dry wells, underground storage chambers, rain gardens, patios, decks, septic systems, retaining walls, water supply wells, and water treatment systems.

Sometimes a new home buyer may want to make some improvements to their new property or a home seller may need to make some repairs prior to selling their property, either of which may require engineered drawings, details, specifications, etc. 

I have experience and knowledge in working with local municipal, county and State requirements. I can also assist in the applications and other related documentation needed to secure permits. During construction or installation of the proposed improvements, I can also inspect and verify that it is being done properly.
